Oh, I can as a mermaid. But I have a second vampire card and it says cross water with an escort, so I bet we could do both.

I wonder, what happens when someone has two different monster cards at once? Are you now part mermaid, part vampire?

Yyyyyes? I seem to be able to switch between monster forms at will though. I wonder what would happen if I tried to be both of them...

He quickly slips into the water and immediately starts swimming around. He's not entirely sure how his mask isn't being affected by the water, but he'll just chalk it up to game magic and carry on.

So he pops his head out of the waters and waits for L to join him.]

The water feels really nice on the scales.

I suppose not. I was bringing to mind the tale of The Little Mermaid and how it originally ended.

There once was a mermaid who fell in love with a human prince. She went to a sea witch for help, and she agreed to exchange her voice for a pair of legs.

Unfortunately, she was unable to woo the prince, and he married another. She couldn't bring herself to kill her lover and change back, so she died and turned into sea foam.
